Any resident who is on the Electoral Roll within The Mall Conservation Area can be a Member of HAMRA, such membership being entirely voluntary.
Any individual or organisation connected to The Mall Conservation Area may be a Supporter of HAMRA, simply on request.
As of March 2024 there were 229 households represented by HAMRA, of which 194 were individual Members or Supporters.
